This policy covers information collected through plenaryconf.com, ticket purchases, and the live stream & chat during the event. Plenary Conference LLC is the data controller.

What we collect

Name, email, and company when you buy a ticket, sign up for updates, or submit a sponsor or speaker enquiry. Standard analytics data (pages viewed, referring site, rough location from IP) when you browse the site.

Ticketing data

Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers. We keep your name, email, and ticket tier to check you in and email you the schedule and any updates before the event.

Live stream & chat

The remote pass live chat stores your display name, email, and messages for the duration of the event plus 30 days, so we can moderate and troubleshoot. Messages are visible to other viewers in the room.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in to live chat and to remember ticket-cart contents. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing the address below. We respond within 30 days.
