Terms of service

By purchasing a ticket to Plenary or attending the live stream, you agree to the terms below.

Tickets & refunds

Tickets are refundable in full up to 30 days before the event, at 50% up to 7 days before, and are transferable at no charge after that. Remote passes are non-refundable but transferable at any time.

Transfers

Email hello@plenaryconf.com with the order number and the new attendee's name and email at least 48 hours before doors open. We'll confirm within one business day.

Code of conduct

We expect respectful behavior from every attendee, speaker, and sponsor. Harassment of any kind will get you removed without a refund. Report concerns to any staff member wearing a Plenary lanyard, or email conduct@plenaryconf.com.

Recording & likeness

Sessions are recorded and may be published on our site and social channels. By attending, you consent to appear in wide crowd shots; individual close-ups are used only with separate consent.

Liability

Plenary Conference LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from attendance, travel, or lodging booked in connection with the event.
